Parmesan Orzo

Makes 3 Cups
Total Time: 15 Minutes

1 cup dry orzo pasta *
¼ cup Parmesan or Asiago, grated
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

Prepare orzo according to package directions; drain and transfer to a bowl
Stir in cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper

*Note – We used Whole Wheat Orzo
