Serves 4
1.25 lb. Lean Ground Turkey
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 onions, chopped
Garlic, 4 cloves, crushed
Cumin powder, 1 Tbsp.
Chili powder, 1 tsp.
Brown sugar, 2 Tbsp. packed
Worcestershire sauce, 1 Tbsp.
1 can (regular size) tomato sauce
Soften onions, garlic in sauté pan. Add cumin, chili powder, stir over medium heat til fragrant. Add ground turkey, cook till brown.
Add tomato sauce, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Serve with toasted wheat buns.
